SIGN UP FOR THE ENTRANCE EXAM
The third faculty at Charles University offers a full-time study program for Scandinavian students who want to study medicine abroad. To apply, you must registrer for the entrance exam and deliver a separate school application. Read more about how to apply here.
The entrance exam for the school year 2024/2025 will be held as a digital exam on 1st of June 2024.
CHARLES UNIVERSITY, THIRD FACULTY OF MEDICINE
Charles University, also known as the University of Prague, is the oldest and largest university in the Czech Republic. The prestigious University of Prague has a long tradition of educating Norwegian and Scandinavian medical students. The medical study at Charles University gives full medical authorization throughout Scandinavia after 6 years. The third faculty belongs to the university hospital Vinohrady Nemocnice where students will spend parts of their everyday study.

Charles University has previously organized an open day at the school during the spring to meet the new Scandinavian applicants in Prague. As a substitute for this, the school has created a separate website so that applicants can get to know the faculty better. Press here to get to the page.

Alle forelesninger og seminarer ved medisinstudiet foregår på engelsk. Det samme gjelder prøver, oppgaver og alt arbeid knyttet til skolen. Medisinstudiet ved Charles University gir full legeautorisasjon i hele Skandinavia etter 6 år.
