Terms of service and consent

Purpose
The purpose of collecting information is to complete and submit a complete school application to the medical school at Charles University, Third Faculty of Medicine. The information we receive from our applicants is information that is necessary for us to be able to submit a complete school application on behalf of our applicants. The form at https://www.studyinprague.no/soknadsskjema only deals with the absolutely necessary information Charles University, Third Factuly of Medicine needs to process the application and assess the candidate.

Storage time and storage limitation
After completing the application form, the personal data will be used to submit a complete school application to Charles University, Third Faculty of Medicine. After Study in Prague has completed and submitted the application, all personal data, except necessary contact information, associated with the candidate will be deleted by Study in Prague DA. 

Consent
The consent gives Study in Prague the right to process the candidate's data  until the application deadline 31 April 2022. 

The consent gives Study in Prague the right to use  provided data to design a school application on behalf of the candidate which is submitted with the provided data to Charles University, Third Faculty of Medicine. The candidate is free to withdraw his consent by sending an email to contact@studyinprague.no. The candidate's application will then be withdrawn, and all associated data will be deleted. 
All data provided by the candidate will be passed on to Charles University, Third Faculty of Medicine, after the application has been submitted to the other party, Study in Prague will not be responsible for Charles University, Third Faculty of Medicine's processing of the data.
